Rafael Armada

Rafael Armada is a Spanish wildlife photographer, conservation storyteller and co-founder of Warbler Tours, a company specialised in birding and wildlife photography tours. His work focuses on documenting wildlife, with a strong emphasis on threatened species and their ecosystems. He is the author of Portfolio 1: Photographs and Stories of Extraordinary Birds (Lynx Nature Books, 2024) and Beyond the Water (in progress). His photographs have been awarded in international contests such as Bird Photographer of the Year, Ocean Photographer of the Year, Montier Photo Festival and Festival Nature Namur, and have been exhibited internationally.

Alejandra Rendón is a Colombian wildlife photographer, conservation storyteller and PhD in Computational Chemistry. Her work combines scientific rigour with visual narrative to communicate ecological and social processes through bird species. She is co-author of Portfolio 1: Photographs and Stories of Extraordinary Birds, Photographic Editor of the Handbook of the Reptiles of the World (Lynx Nature Books), and co-founder of Warbler Tours.
